stand up - comedy

The other day I was walking down George St. heading for the harbour when I saw something funny. Well, actually not really funny for all people involved and not funny in a sense of a good joke, but funny in a kind of slap-stick style. So I was passing an intersection at George St...it wasn't peak hour anymore, so not much cars on the street. Actually there were only 3 cars on one lane waiting for the lights to flash green. They were standing in the same lane, one behind another. The first car was some kind of family car, the secon was a Taxi and the third was a police jeep. It was pretty calm on the street, nothing unusual happened and then, all of a sudden, the taxi bumped into the car in front of it...still red traffic lights..nothing had changed, but the taxi was bumping into the other car...and then, you really could see the peoples faces....the guy in the bumped car was kind of "wtf!?!?", the taxi driver shook his head, looked into the mirror and was acting like "man, it's not my day..." and the 3 people in the police car were looking at each other in a way like "did this really happen?" then put on their lights, put on their street safety jackets and got out of the car heading for the taxi..with a little smile on their face...not because the like crashing cars (and apparently nothing worse happened, it was very low speed of course) but because the situation was so strange...well, I guess it's hard to describe, but it really had this Mr. Bean - charme...so, at least, funny for me ;)

Humor lies in the eye of the beholder (or something like this ;) ).
